Le processus de votre Transformation

"Tout être vivant passe par ce système de transformation, tout comme le papillon et sa chrysalide"

I have created a support programme that brings together all the stages through which the human being or soul passes, journeying to reach its transformation and evolution.

What is it all about? This programme is called :

Deprogramming - the road to yourself.

This programme is the fruit, the juice of all the stages I have gone through and that I discovered by searching for my own truth, through a multitude of physical, psychological, emotional and personal experiences.

Today we are living in unprecedented times, when one crisis follows another (pandemic, global warming, war, inflation, economic crisis, etc.) affecting us all to varying degrees.

Silence in the face of this situation is no longer welcome. Since this affects our thoughts, our state of mind and our mental health, it ends up rubbing off and expressing itself on our physical, emotional and psychological health.

I have therefore devoted the last few years to studying and understanding the phenomenon through which we pass and comparing it with other natural or metaphysical phenomena.

The current situation is really testing our ability to adapt and generating its share of stress.

To provide you with the best tools and understanding of the process through which living organisms pass in order to :

  • from shadow to light;
  • from ignorance to awareness;
  • from birth to rebirth to liberation and reunion with his supreme being.

Here's a look at the whole process.

For me, alchemy is the puzzle of life, the natural process of transformation.

Most people think of alchemy as the transmutation of base metals such as lead into gold. This is not wrong in itself, it's just that in order to learn from it we need to understand it metaphorically.

For the true alchemist, the process is something much more profound. And that's where the magic lies and what separates the master from the pupil.

The alchemists knew that the pursuit of science with spirituality was a path to deeper knowledge and spiritual awakening, leading to self-fulfilment. So they sought to transform the 'lead' of an undeveloped consciousness into 'gold', an enlightened soul.

Alchemists have discovered that the evolutionary process of transformation is divided into seven stages.

This process that we go through all the time is natural. And you can recognise these stages in your own life. However, when left to nature alone, it usually takes a long time for things to evolve naturally.

By harnessing consciousness, alchemists work with forces to advance the evolutionary process towards spiritual awakening.

So I drew inspiration from his steps to create this programme.

Stage 1. Calcination: Purifying fire

The alchemist reduces life to ashes. To build something new, we must first destroy the old.

We experience the fire of calcination, often involuntarily, when our ego is burnt out or when shocking life events force us to think twice.

It's a caustic experience, but one that brings us face to face with the facets of ourselves that hold us back, and a conscious awareness of our true feelings soon emerges.

A life of vanity, bad habits and pride stands between us and our philosopher's stone. We burn what has calcified, allowing us to start again.

In other words, first and foremost it's the realisation that there's something wrong with our lives. A surfeit of events, emotions and negative experiences that are beginning to be too much to bear.

Due to a lack of mastery and knowledge of the natural laws that provide balance and harmony, human beings by nature have to live in balance with their 2 energy poles, yin and yang, positive and negative, fear and love.

Man has lost his way. He has adopted a way of dealing and acting with himself, others and the life around him through fear and separation created by the denial of his feelings.

He developed an over-valued ego, which cost him mental and material imbalance and poverty. The latter was nurtured and forged during childhood without his knowledge.

But the good news is that this ego, which comes from fear and lack of love (I explain this in detail during the programme) caused by excessive misunderstanding, anger and failure to express emotions, is destined to disappear one day or other, since this fear is an illusion of the mind.

This fear is constructed by an unfounded thought assumption most of the time. For example: I'm going to stop the other person, or hurt them for fear that they'll take my place, or I'm going to say yes instead of no, for fear that my friend will get angry or that I'll be judged or ridiculed....

Then this thought or idea proposed by the thought will have a life, until it becomes a character called Ego, the old self, the ignorant self.

In short, all this to tell you that this ego is an illusory character and that one day the veil will fall. That day is the day of realisation and the beginning of the first stage. In which the man will start to remember that he's worth more than that, that he wants to live better, that the weight of discomfort is starting to weigh too heavily or quite simply that he too deserves to be happy.

Happiness based on the ego is a temporary happiness, without foundation or maturity. Sooner or later it collapses of its own accord when the burden becomes too heavy to bear.

The first step in the programme and the transformation is to become aware of all this and to begin to shed light on who you really are.

Who are you and where are you from? Why are you here?

Like the alchemist who begins his quest to transform lead into gold. Bringing us face to face with our hidden facets that hold us back in harmful patterns, bad habits and far from a life of joy, health and wealth.

This stage enables you to become aware of where your discomfort, anger and sadness come from.

Step 2. Dissolve: Stir the pan

The alchemist dissolves the ashes in water to create something new. A rollercoaster of emotions often follows the effects of calcination, from reactionary disillusionment to resignation. This is the stage of entropy and chaos; a lack of clarity is not unusual.

Untethered on a turbulent ocean, we rely on gut reactions, which connect us to the deeper stirrings of the subconscious. Many embrace the creative arts - ritual, writing, music, dance - as they accept and express the feelings that rise to the surface.

Here the ritual to be used or chosen and put in place is very important.

The second step is to stir the pan.

The alchemist observes the substance as it shakes and stirs it from time to time.

All the waste in the lead and the toxins will rise to the surface.

You are beginning to notice that there is quite a lot of rubbish and brambles blocking the way and the light from passing through, translated here by your limiting beliefs and lack of knowledge, awareness and understanding, like a veil over your eyes.

The second stage of the programme is the second great realisation, which is accompanied by immense joy, because you understand that this sadness is not eternal and that Instead, you have the right to eternal joy.

Stage 3. Separation: the good and the bad

The alchemist separates what has dissolved.

Allowing emotions and experiences to wash over us provides a welcome opportunity for deeper reflection.

Like brushing the dirt off a fossil, the natural process of separation is made visible.

The third step is to clean house.

Become aware of the existence of toxins caused by judgement and guilt, between what you consider to be right or wrong, good or bad, true or false...

During this third stage of the programme, you undertake to begin the process of cleansing, purging or otherwise purifying yourself.

Of course, some toxins will be harder to remove than others, depending on your resistance and the environment you find yourself in.

Stage 4. Conjunction: The point of no return

The alchemist mixes a cocktail.

Man becomes aware of what is preventing him from achieving the joy that materialises when the chemical reaction is correct. What alchemists call the point of no return.

Because every chain created correctly is eternal in the life it is given.

What we call "awareness". Without awareness, the chains remain fragile and susceptible to disruption.

The fourth step is to face up to the truth about ourselves, both good and bad.

And we've decided what's worth keeping. The conjunction, halfway through our journey, is the merging and reintegration of these elements into something new.

All the good things, freshly cleansed, are reconciled with each other in harmonious proportion, igniting a renewed sense of clarity and purpose. This new conscious awareness, along with a strong sense of connection and communion, will be essential for the journey ahead.

During this fourth stage of the programme, during this phase of transformation, you begin to create new connections and a sense of rebirth.

This connection links you to your essence and your supreme joy. And this new energy will give you the motivation and inspiration you need to change and live the life you want.. And that you think you deserve!

Stage 5. Fermentation: Death and rebirth

The alchemist creates new life.

Putrefaction is the release of any remaining ego influence - our newly awakened consciousness will help inform the experience - while fermentation symbolises the birth of the newly developing Self.

Persistent impurities at this stage are less obvious and need more soul searching to resolve, but the result is a higher vision of perfection and a strong, authentic identity. A new unified vision begins to take root in this fertile ground.

The fifth step is to clarify your vision and your path

The same energy provided in the previous stage will quickly neutralise the parasites and influence the other channels.

Its power will eliminate the influences that prevent you from living well and attracting what you believe you deserve in your life.

During this fifth stage of the programme, your ideas will become clearer and more precise, more productive, happier and full of love.

And it's the same chemical process that takes place in our bodies when we're in love. You understand that you are important and you deserve to be your priority.

Stage 6. Distillation: refinement in stages

The alchemist uses sacred fire to burn away all the final impurities.

Once we have freed ourselves of undesirable elements, all that remains is essential and ready for the intense refinement and elevation of the distillation process.

In the same way that alchemists would heat and cool a solution over and over again to increase purity, distillation ensures that no residue of the ego - or our former ego-centred self - is left behind, leaving us free and independent in thought and spirit as we cross the final threshold.

The sixth stage involves refining the previous stages. Like peeling an onion. Layer by layer.

This stage will be represented by the ups and downs, the mood swings, the resistance that will still manifest itself in the experiences (when the doors don't yet open or when the desired result doesn't yet manifest itself) expressed during the aftermath of the start of this process.

Man is by nature impatientBecause the soul is aware of its nature, it knows that it has the capacity to manifest things more quickly. But not yet the incarnate being whose inescapable need to make this process of transformation.

And that's when man's curiosity is aroused and fills with a thirst for learning and self-knowledge through the teachings. He puts an end to separation and ignorance and begins to savour the beauty of life and his being in search of his philosopher's stone.

Peeling all the layers of the onion without it stinging his eyes. And even if there are tears, they'll be of joy and nothing else.

This sixth stage of the will allow you to embody your merit, to become your priority and behave accordingly. No more procrastination, no more discomfort and no more putting yourself in 2nd place. Except in an emergency, of course.

Stage 7. Coagulation: a new start for the golden light

The alchemist discovers the light of evolved consciousness, the philosopher's stone.

What the alchemists call the Grail.

The final stage of our undertaking, and the culmination of our efforts, is to see all this come together in a final, enlightened form: a permanent vehicle of heightened consciousness, embodying the highest aspirations of body and soul.

It's normal to brave the journey more than once before coming face to face with your philosopher's stone, because this is not the end of our transformation. Rather, it's another beginning, as we begin the cycle anew in search of ever-deeper communion with the connected universe and ourselves.

The seventh stage is the manifestation of your new life.

Your new beginning begins. You become confident and comfortable in your steps.

Your acquired knowledge and awareness give you the perfect mastery to achieve your goals and create in harmony what you have programmed. Or that gives meaning to your existence.

You bless fear and ignorance. You can silence your ego and move forward with firmness, joy and balance on your path.

This final stage of the programme allows you to feel completely at ease with the process, yourself and your surroundings. You become the creator and co-creator in full awareness.

You create your own rhythm and you dance in harmony with the rhythm of life, trusting, loving and letting go

What a life! 🤪
