3bconnected was born a few years ago. <\/p>\n

My name is Basma Baouab<\/span><\/h3>\n

Here I will tell you how I came up with the idea of create<\/strong> the 3bconnected community.<\/p>\n

It all started for me with a burn out, a feeling of being fed up with everything, and an imbalance on the three levels of thebeing: emotional, physical and psychic.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It was a time when I had everything but I still felt a huge void in my life.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Then my physical health<\/strong> I suffered from bulimia for many years until the day when my body<\/strong> pushed me to contemplate this emptiness and see what it represents. My body forced me to go back to the basics.<\/p>\n

After an accumulation of operations and care<\/strong> I realised that conventional medicine alone was not enough to provide me with a clear solution to regain my health. health<\/strong> correct, to heal from bulimia and to fill the void I felt. <\/p>\n

So I decided to resume my life <\/strong>and understand why I was feeling this way, why I had a problem with the way I was feeling. life <\/strong>I was doing so badly, even though I had everything that society thinks of as success. <\/p>\n

I started by studying the human body<\/strong>to understand the functioning of each organ, from thespirit, intelligence<\/strong>And how to use it to the maximum. For I have learned that we all use on average only 10% of our capacity brain<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Also thanks to my passion for the civilisations of the past, I started to be interested in all sorts of fields: religions, history, thehuman being<\/strong> and its intelligence. Studying and being interested in modern science, quantum physics, and the relationship we have between the body, mind, and energy. But also to the world around us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And following the implementation of the latter, my life has changed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I finally realised that to exploit its intelligence <\/strong>to the maximum, it is necessary to reprogramming<\/strong> its mental<\/strong> and get rid of blockages. And that's how my interest inhypnosis<\/strong>This is the most effective and shortest way to make this change.<\/p>\n

So I decided to study nutrition and became a nutrition educator. health<\/strong>with the famous and formidable Irene Grosjean<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

For me, this woman represents thelove and health<\/strong> embodied. She dedicates her life<\/strong> to share the knowledge of the health and life in the world<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

I thank her for that. <\/p>\n

Since then, I have continued to develop my conscience<\/strong> as well as its healing power and its co-creation <\/strong>with theuniverse in love and kindness<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

One thing leading to another, after the programme <\/strong>\"I realised that I could reach a much larger niche of people. But also that bulimia is not limited to food but explores many areas (work, sex, shopping, cleanliness, etc.). I notice that bulimia is only a void, a conflict between my inner and outer self trying to restore the balance to find peace, to fill a lack, a need for freedom, truth, joy and love.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is how I came up with the idea, after bye bye bulimia, to create the accompanying programme : De-programming - the way to yourself <\/strong><\/a><\/strong>for 3bconnected.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The latter is for me the real basis of any work of the understanding of oneself in order to live in harmony with oneself and the source.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This programme<\/strong> aims to end bulimia by connecting with the 3 parts of the human body.Being (Spirit, Energy, Body)<\/strong> which are themselves connected to oneself and to the universe<\/strong>. But this name also corresponds to the English expression \"To be connected\" which means be connected<\/strong> and the initials of my name, Basma Baouab. The aim of the association is to put forward its values<\/strong> by the 3B = Well-being, benevolence and general beauty of being.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The concept of 3<\/span><\/strong>Bconnected<\/h3>\n

Our mission is toaccompany<\/strong> people to get connect<\/strong> to their full potential and to the generosity of life <\/strong>because by doing so they have the opportunity toharmonise<\/strong> with their being and what surrounds them. And for this purpose, 3bconnected organises workshops, stays support programmes<\/strong>and private sessions. The course of theaccompaniment<\/strong> whatever its method, has 3 objectives: The awareness, personalised application and fulfilment of the<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

To achieve these objectives, the tools used are: firstly, the primary tool, the connection to the person and his\/her uniqueness<\/strong>but also the tools that are in thebe <\/strong>and their skills (hypnosis, neuroscience, NLP, energy, EFT, channeling directly from source <\/strong>according to each person's need for their own awakening<\/strong>etc).<\/p>\n
