What is mental programming?
Mental programming is a powerful tool for to help us create the life we want.
As pioneering teachers such as Dr Wayne Dyer and others have pointed out, it is possible to reprogram our minds in order to overcome the beliefs and acquired thought patterns that might otherwise prevent us from achieving our goals.
It's an intriguing concept. It refers to the way we understand, interpret and give meaning to our personal experiences. When we programme our minds with empowering thoughts, feelings and beliefs, we are more likely to succeed in life.
This concept was popularised by the famous spirituality professor Wayne Dyer and other neuroscientists, who focused on the power of positive thinking and self-confidence.
Mental programming gives us all an opportunity to raise awareness how our thoughts shape our reality.
We all have a mental programme that goes round and round in our minds.
What if we could reprogram our thoughts?

This is exactly what I encourage in my teachings when I implore us to to look inwards and make changes from the inside out.
Rather than blaming ourselves for having an inaccurate discourse or negative beliefs that hold us back, I suggest we learn to reprogramming our mental programming with the help positive affirmations and inspirational mantras.
These are relearning the mind to believe in our own worthour love, our power and our potential, instead of constantly doubting ourselves. With practice and patience, we can find the inner power that will enable us to to be clear in our truth and to remain true to ourselves.
