How does this work in practice? 

At the start, we agree on a first appointment 30 min offeredThis is where we introduce ourselves so that I can project myself into your environment. And, of course, a relationship of trust is established between us. This is the cornerstone of any relationship. This is essential before going any further.

Coaching time is time for you. It's about your life.

When should you consult a coach?

You don't have to be unwell to consult a coach. It's enough to be blocked, dissatisfied, stressed, just to understand a phenomenon or an aspect of your life or quite simply you want more clarity and order in your ideas to better visualise your projects and objectives...

If you don't, you'll find yourself procrastinating, discouraged or even giving up on your goals, and then it's more likely that anxiety and frustration will set in.

How does the session work?

Through discussion, I'll be able to understand your limitations and emotional blocks. I will then analyse the situations you have experienced between sessions and draw up an action plan to help you achieve your goals. 

I can use tools such as NLP, hypnosis, energetics, neuro-suggestion, eft... to help you get to know yourself better and free yourself from the obstacles that are blocking your path. So you can move towards your destination with confidence and full of joy.

Also thanks to my passion for the civilisations of the past, I started to be interested in all sorts of fields: religions, thehuman being and its intelligence. Studying and being interested in modern science, quantum physics, and the relationship we have between the body, mind, and energy.

It also requires your dedication and commitment to ensure that the results are rapid, but above all effective and long-lasting..

My attentive listening is not judgmental. It's important that you feel free and confident to share what's bothering you in order to achieve your goal.

Where? 

Sessions can be face-to-face if this suits you in terms of location, or online if required. 

PS : This in no way diminishes the quality of the support or the results. 

All you need is a comfortable, undisturbed spot and a good wifi connection.

How long does a session last?

Depending on the objective to be achieved, several sessions of 1h to 1h30 each.

A session lasts between 1h and 1h30.

At the first meeting, we take the time to clarify your precise objective, the route you want to take to achieve the desired change.

The number of sessions is variable and cannot be defined in advance.
